Standard Shipping Delivery Times
Order processing time is approximately 2-5 business days. Standard shipping time is an additional 3-7 business days. If the item is in stock, expect your order to arrive within 5-12 business days from the order date if the item is in stock. Refer to the product page for delivery time exceptions.
Express Shipping Delivery Times
Order processing time is approximately 2-5 business days. Express shipping time is an additional 2-3 business days. If the item is in stock, expect your order to arrive within 4-8 business days from the order date. Refer to the product page for delivery time exceptions.
Free Standard Shipping within the US
For deliveries within the US, free standard shipping applies to all orders over $150 USD after discounts and before taxes. Free shipping is applied automatically. No code is required. See details here
Shipping Rates within the US
For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, standard and express shipping rates are available at checkout and vary by package weight. Standard shipping is $9 USD for packages under 1lb and $13.50 USD for packages 1lb and over.
Express shipping rate is an option at checkout for all orders and is variable based on the size and weight of the package and the delivery address. The Express rate will be provided during checkout.

International Shipping to Canada
We offer international shipping to Canada from our US online shop. Please note that duties, taxes and Canadian delivery fees will be calculated and added at checkout. Free shipping does not apply to Canadian delivery.

International Shipping Outside of Canada and the US
Currently, we ship exclusively to the United States and Canada. In the future, we hope to expand our international shipping options.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from The Official US Shop of the PWHL with a tracking number and estimated delivery date.
Multiple Shipments
Orders may be split across multiple shipments and items ordered together may not ship on the same day. If your order is shipped in separate packages, you will receive a shipping confirmation email for each package sent. You will only be charged one shipping fee for your entire order, and we will ensure your items are delivered to you as soon as they become available.
Pre-Orders
A limited number of products are sold as pre-orders and are not in stock at the time your order is placed. These items will be clearly noted on the product page with an estimated ship date. If you have in-stock items and pre-order items included in your order, the pre-order item product page will indicate if the in-stock item will ship separately or be held to ship together with the pre-order item.
Lost Orders
If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact our customer support team immediately at support@thepwhl.com.
We require all lost package reports to be submitted within 30 days of the original shipping date. Upon receiving your report, we will investigate the issue with our shipping partners and strive to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
