General Information

Who can I contact if I need help?

Please reach out to merch@thepwhl.com if you need help. Please include your full name and order number (if applicable) in your email. We will do our best to respond to you within 2 business days.

Where else can I buy the collection?

Select items from the collection will be available for purchase in-venue at league games.

 

Are customizations possible?

At this time we are unable to offer
customizations.

 

Is it possible to purchase gift cards to the online shop?

At this time we are unable to offer gift cards for purchase.

Order Inquiries

Can I cancel my order or make a change to my order once it’s been placed?

 

Please reach out to merch@thepwhl.com
with any cancelation order requests. We cannot guarantee the cancelation but will do our best if the request is sent in immediately after placing the order. Changes to orders cannot be made once they are placed - the order would need to be canceled or returned and a new order placed.

 

How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order is placed you will receive an email confirmation. You will also receive an email once the order has been shipped. Please check your spam folder if you don’t receive the emails.

Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be processed and shipped out within 5-7 business days of receiving the order. Please allow extra time for shipping throughout the holiday season.

 

Are there different shipping options?

At this time ground shipping is the only available shipping option.

 

Can I update my shipping address once my order has shipped?

Unfortunately we cannot update your shipping address once your order has shipped.

 

Do you offer international shipping options?

Currently we only ship within the U.S. and Canada.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?

We are in process of finalizing our return and exchange policy and process and will add more information here once available.
Generally, returns and exchanges will be accepted within 30 days for unworn, unwashed products with all tags attached.

Restocks

When will you restock items and add new items?

Restocks and new items will happen
periodically throughout the season.

 

How will I know when a restock happens or new items are released?

Please keep an eye out on our social media channels for restock and new item release announcements! Periodically we may also notify you via email.
